How will my flowers be shipped?
We ship FedEx and UPS Next Day Air to ensure maximum freshness. Flowers are securely packaged in a fully insulated gift box. 2-day Air isn't good enough for us!

Do you charge extra for shipping?
NO. Our prices include shipping!

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
No, unfortunately we are unable to ship any club memberships to Hawaii or Alaska.

When will my order arrive?
You choose your delivery date. If at all possible, your order will be delivered on the date that is requested. We offer Tuesday through Friday deliveries to most locations within the Continental US. Deliveries are guaranteed by the end of the day. For more info Click Here

Where do the flowers come from?
Our flower arrangements are shipped to you directly from the growers! We work with a small group of premium growers to ensure fresh flowers for every season. Your flowers are sent within 24 hours from the time they were cut!

What type of flowers will I get?
Our members receive a new selection of blooming flowers each month. The type of flower depends on the month of the season. The varieties change from month to month. Click Here to see all of our beautiful flower arrangements.

Do the flowers come with a vase?
No. All bouquets are beautifully arranged and wrapped in decorative cellophane wrapping. All the recipient needs to do is put them in their favorite vase and add water. Each bouquet is carefully hand packed on ice in an attractive, fully insulated gift box, and shipped via Overnight Courier to ensure maximum freshness. Care instructions and floral preservatives are included with every Flower of the Month Club delivery.

Are the flowers open when they are shipped?
Most of our freshly harvested flowers are barely beginning to open when we ship them. You will be able to enjoy seeing them open to their maturity and beauty. Our growers know their business and make sure you get the absolute best!

What type of guarantee do you offer?
All of our flower deliveries are guaranteed* to arrive fresh and beautiful. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality upon arrival, we will replace the flowers free of charge. *This guarantee applies to orders for which we have received complete and accurate delivery information from the customer. Please notify us within five days of delivery if you have problems with your flowers.

How will I know the flowers have been delivered?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your delivery. If you have questions regarding the flower delivery, you may contact us and our friendly customer service team will have detailed information regarding the delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the US.

What is the minimum membership?
You may join from 2 to 12 months.

How am I billed?
You can choose to pay for the entire membership at once, or have your credit card charged monthly. It's totally up to you. You are given the option when you place your order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your flower arrangement, we will either replace your flowers for you, credit your account, or refund your money. We want you to be happy, after all, that's what flowers are all about! Please notify us within 5 days of delivery if you have problems with your flowers.
